Picture and Caption Formatting
The images used within articles should directly relate to what is being written. They can be used to add more information to the text or for visual entertainment. Images should be placed tastefully so that way they do not interfere with the legibility of the text.
Captions should only be written for clarification or identification and/or attribution a one sentence caption may be placed under the image, graphic, or picture. Captions are to be kept short and sweet, including -almost exclusively- information gathered by the 5 Ws.
